My store has the patrasys contrib installed, it's a very simple installation. However I am getting error messages in both admin & store

In admin/modules it says the following:

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/a000000/public_html/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/patrasys.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/a000000/public_html/admin/modules.php on line 128

On my store it says the following, when something has been added to cart:

Warning: include(includes/languages/english/modules/payment/patrasys.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/a000000/public_html/includes/classes/payment.php on line 38

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'includes/languages/english/modules/payment/patrasys.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/a000000/public_html/includes/classes/payment.php on line 38

Thank You.

Did you check the forum rules?

Or do you maybe think that everybody will jump now because you're going to pay?

I am just really, really desperate for help. I have had 25 customers not been able to make a purchase because of this problem. I really don't know where to turn, or who to ask apart from here.

Are you sure the file includes/languages/english/modules/payment/patrasys.php is uploaded to the correct location?

This is a standard PHP warning, which reads in "Inglish"...

includes/languages/english/modules/payment/patrasys.php
No such file or directory

In other words, the requested file does not exist.

That is standard XML code that should be sent to the module that cannot be found. Apparently it is outputting it expecting that the missing patrasys.php file is gathering the info, but since it cannot be found it is being output to the screen.

My guess is that there is TWO patrasys.php files to upload, and you uploaded them both into the same directory. Common error. Check the install instructions for something like that and check the paths to the files that should be uploaded.

It's when a customer goes to make payment to me, it takes them away from my oscommerce shop to the secure patrasys checkout page, they enter there card details click "Make Payment" (Everything fine till this point). THEN I get that xml error (Posted above) I have deleted the patrasys contrib, re-uploaded more times than I can remember and I am still getting the same thing. I am getting desperate it's really getting me down that this is happening.

Kind Regards

I have checked, re-checked and is still not working. The thing is I have tried so many times, when I go to modules in admin the sort order already of the patrasys contrib is 0 and when I click install button it doesn't install, as in when you usually install the contrib it comes up with where you type your merchant id or email addy, and the remove & edit button.

When I click the action button it comes up with where I need to type my merchant ID however when I click patrasys itself, it still says install button but as I say when i click it, it wont install.

kind regards

I'm sure we will all have some new ideas now. First, where did you get that contribution? Was it provided by the credit card company (preferred) or was it a contribution on this site? Do the instructions have anything in them regarding the compatibility with various versions of osC? Are you sure it is not designed for previous versions of osC? Do the instructions have anything in them regarding configuration of the module after it is installed?

In the admin pages, when you click Install on the module, modules will then provide a list of configurable options with a Edit button. Do you not see that at all? If not, and the module is for osc RC2, then we would have to dissect the module to see where it is failing to install. Have you checked the error logs for fatal errors?

Have you checked the Credit Card provider to see if maybe they provide the most recent update for the module?

I downloaded the contrib from the following places (I have uploaded every single one individually).

http://www.oscommerce.com/community?contributions=&search=patrasys&category=all

http://www.patrasys.com/oscommerce.html

I have actually had it working, however before xmas I had to get rid of store because a family member took ill & now I have had to start all over again but it's not working, which is gutting.

No not at all, no edit or no remove button, even when I click install don't do anything. It's only when I click action it comes up with something, however when I click patrasys just comes up with install button.

I have tried contacting patrasys but no responce yet, which is annoying.
