Hi, I am trying hard to get an activity booking system where I can select an activity and book one or many ticket for this activity and also select date for which I want to make the reservation.
Can anyone help me please.

you can modify the following module:
Shipdate v0.1
http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1393
I know that the above module is delivery date, but you can add different description to it as activity date.

If this not appropriate to post this here, then I apologize. I was also wondering is something like this existed for another business I'm entertaining starting. While googling the terms 'oscommerce customer scheduling' I came across this url and it looks like what I might want, and possibly you too:
