Hi

I am using the HSBC CPI payment module and all is going perfectly except for 1 thing. Once a order has been made and the user has been through the HSBC website and paid, the user gets returned to our website and the page says;

Your Order Has Been Processed!

Your order has been successfully processed! Your products will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days.

Please notify me of updates to the products I have selected below:

Thanks for shopping with us online!


Problem is, the order isnt being put into the admin system and the items supposidly being bought are still in the shopping cart.


Has anyone encountered an error like this before and if so can anyone tell me know to correct it?
