login failed after php transfer

Hi guys, this is all new for me, my server upgraded php to 5.3 (?) and I have had tons of deprecated messages, thanks to a link on the oscommerce forum I've changed all the codes that were listed. I have 0 error messages but it is still impossible to login and of course make an order. There seems also to be a problem with login off from the admin pages. Can anyone help please?

If no errors are being displayed on screen you should now go to your server error logs. You can search the forums for php code that writes a custom log to your filespace. May suit you better.
