Recently we have discovered that a lot of our new orders are not showing up in our order history. When I search by order number, it will pull up the order. Once I look at the new order I notice that it is not assigned a order status at all which is preventing it from being displayed in the orders list. All of the information regarding the order is there and is correct but no order status.
Once I apply a order status to the order it will show up in the orders list. Any ideas on why a order status is not being assigned automatically?
