Hi, I just installed a template contribution and I was able to transfer all of the files except for the configure.php file. Why is this? Also Im getting this error => TEP ERROR! (tep_display_banner(static, 3) -> Banner with ID '3' not found, or status inactive....does this have anything to do with the configure.php file I cant transfer? I'm a pure newbie in all of this so any help would be appreciated.. If needed here is my website http://www.kitchengiftsandgadgets.com

Thanks in advance,
Omar

I wonder what template contribution is this, that ask you to change your configure.php files.

Can you say what contribution exactly?

Omar,

If your configure.php file permission is currently 444, you can't over-write it using your ftp. RENAME the current configure.php file to configure1.php and THEN upload the new configure.php file.

MAKE SURE hte new configure.php file is correct before you do this. Also, remember to set the NEW configure.php file permissions.
