STS not working

I have copied the correct files over and installed the default in the admin panel. I am using a fresh version of OSC. When I make changes to the sts_template.html file nothing happens. I am using the file in the test folder but nothing changes. Not sure what the problem is..?

It would be better to read the STS manual that came with the contribution. If you did, it would have informed you of the proper STS thread to ask for support.
