Hi all, I just took over a web site from someone who stopped supporting the web site from the client. It uses osCommerce which I am not completely familiar with, but I am getting more and more familiar with as I update stuff, etc.

My problem is the FedEx shipping module. Unfortunately, I have no idea what module is installed for FedEx. In the list of modules there is a blank description and that's the FedEx module. Everything seems to be setup properly, however, when a web surfer selects the shipping method, the FedEx rates that are displayed are the discounted rates. My client wants to charge the normal shipping rate, not the discounted rate. According to FedEx, the problem is in the web site, not FedEx's side.

I searched the forum and could not find anything specifically addressing this issue. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice?

The store was setup on 10/6/2008 and I'm pretty sure it is running version 2.2 of osCommerce.
