Our website server crashed at the beginning of the year and we had to re-input EVERYTHING on a new server. Somehow in the transfer we now no longer see the "green check" on the customers invoice confirming that they did indeed pay. It was very convenient but now we have to double check e-mails with paypal, manually change order status blah blah.. it's a big mess. What do I have to do to get that green check confirmation back?
