I'm having a hard time making the UPS XML work when adding the rest of my packaging sizes.
All worked great when when I had 4 different products and 3 package size. It would pick the right one and create new boxes when the weigh or number of items were increased.
Now I added more packaging sizes to reflect many new products.
When increasing the product quantities ( of same product ) instead of going to the next size package or creating a new box of the same size it picks a completely different package.

I have a panel 49x2x25 in my catalog. If I put 4 of them in the cart all is well and it picks package 50x7x29. If I add one more panel, instead of using 2 of 50x7x29 or even one 50x7x29 and one 50x3x29 the program picks two 50x7x47 or 91x3x31.

I can't figure out what's going on.

Suggestions?

Ready the arrays results It seems as the XML program uses Volumes to calculate which packages size to use. That would work for liquids but not for static measurements.
Am I missing something?
