Please help. I have searched these forums for days now and I've learned a lot, but not how to fix this issue.

when a customer returns to the client's site using the checkout_process.php, the URL showing on the page is https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
We do not have an SSL cert since NO payment info is stored on the site or fort that matter even entered on the site.

My question is this:

when they are returned to site, they are given the page Checkout_success.php page (although the URL says https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll), but the images and and other non-secured items do not show.

i am desperate! Someone please help. I know someone knows because it's been asked on these forums, just no answers.

The reason is because your shopper made the order with an IE broswer, and after the payment it will pop up a window that questions the security of your site to the customer. IE does this because bill gates wants you to be secure (https) all around - no matter what think is secure enough.
