Hi,

I'm looking for a contribution or to be pointed in the right direction - ie what this involves etc.

What I am looking to do is put a countdown timer in a box on the site. The timer will be for a certain product, which is going cheap for say an hour. This will need to run for the required time or until there are no more in stock of this product. Ideally the box would disappear or be replaced after this event.

So a bit like an auction, but with a fixed price.

You can easily implement that by any php timer script and just get the data needed from the product db.
