few years back, i was planning to sell some designer items online.
So I went and registered a domain name combined with a product.
i.e. pradajewleries.com
I've never used the domain to build an actual site or sell items.
Now this company has sent me a letter demanding that i should sign off the domain to them because it's their intellectual property.

What can I do?

For starters, you could go back and read the answers from last time you posted this very same question:

You could also try being honest with us. You don't even own that domain.
