Unlike many commercial products (pay $$), you are free to move -- or copy -- your osC code to another site. If you are moving from one host to another, and don't yet have any product data, customers, or custom coding on your old site, simply delete all the osC files and the database on the old site, and do a fresh install (code files and database) on the new site. If you have products and customers already, and want to preserve their data, you'll need to export your database and import it on the new site. Product information (photos, etc.) also need to be brought over.
Sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with your host, but from your question, it sounds like you know little or nothing about setting up and running a web site. In that case, I suspect you'll have just as much trouble with almost any other web host. You may find it easier to learn how to adapt to the ways of the Web than jumping from host to host. Besides, you'll probably forfeit whatever you paid to set up service with this host, and may lose your domain name too, if they retained ownership of it. In short, don't jump ship unless you're sure of what you're losing and are confident that you would do better at another host (based on customer reviews and recommendations).
