Hello to everybody!

I'm starting to translate v. 3.0a5 into Spanish. How can I submit the traslation once it's finished? There is any consideration I have to follow to ease the upgrade proccess once v 3.0 is released?
Besides, if somebody is interested on helping, please contact me by this forum.
