I'm using a snapshot from 2003-Jan-12 and upon completion of the order, the session id is terminated and we return to catalog/default.php....great!

I have multiple instances of my store, one of which is where a call center takes orders for my client.

If the customer jumps ship for any reason or there is a decline from authorize.net on the credit card, the operator must close their browser and reopen to prevent future errors in the next order.

I would like to create a link (eventually a button) in the header to "Start Over" or kill the session.

What is the correct way to go about this?

(I did check the forum and most posts regarding this were locked...assuming due to the fact that this has now been implemented in the current snapshots )
