admin auto generate email modification

I need to change the link in the email that directs the customer to the sight to view their order.

Does anybody know which file the email is generated in?

The email is generated in catalog/checkout_process.php beginning at approx. line 219.

Sorry I wasn't clear enough... I ment in the admin area

admin/orders.php?selected_box=customers&status=2&page=1&oID=4&action=edit

Where you click the update button to inform the customer that the order has been delivered etc.

I need to change the link that the customer gets in the email to see the order on the sight
