Quick 2 questions:

in the "Order Total Modules"-->then going to "Display Shipping", what is the "Sort Order
Sort order of display"

I tried pluging different numbers but I don'e see any change? what is it exactly

My second question is about taxation, I originated the store in florida and as a test I created a customer from florida and there was no tax added.
Is there something I need to add somewhere?

Sorry the taxation work...is there any way that I can edit the amount of tax?

Sure, you can change the amount of the tax. Under Locations/Taxes on the menu bar at left is the menu option "tax rates". Click on this link. You should see something that says

1 Taxable Goods Florida 7.0%

Just click on edit and change it to whatever you need it to be.
