I have a question about TAX. I explain to you the situation.

Im a UK based company, I will sell handcarft and Organic oil, which will be exported directly from africa ( senegal, tunisia, morocco) to buyers all over the world!!!

How it works??
------------------
For instance, if you are in NY or London or Paris and you buy any product on my website, the product will be shipped directly from senegal/tunisia/morocco to your address.

As there is NO TAX on handcarft /Organic olive oil export from these countries. I would like to know if I need to set TAX for these product according to the UK legislation or should I keep TAX=0

Cheers

Check with HM Customs and excise, but you are based in the UK and selling from a company/organisation registered for VAT in the UK you must charge VAT if shipping to the UK.
