Ultimate SEO Urls Problem

Hi,

 

I have just installed the Ultimate SEO urls and when i click on a product/category I get the following message (bunch-roses is a product)

 

 

Not Found

 

The requested URL /bunch-roses-p-115.html was not found on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

 

 

It would be great if someone can give me an indication of what is wrong, this is the first time I have installed this.

That problem is almost always caused by the changes not being made to the .htaccess file or the path in that file is incorrect.

.htaccess RewriteRules are not working for whichever reason.

 

Is mod_rewrite enabled in the server config

 

Are allow overide options set to a level to allow rewrites?

 

You need to ask your hosts.
