I live in California, all my products will be dropshipped and I won't have any physical inventory.
1] Do I create my company in Delaware or California?
2] If I have a Delaware company, am I going to have any problems creating a business bank account within California?
3] After I have my business bank account, how do I go about getting Authorize.net setup?
4] Is there something I'm not thinking of...or a smarter way to do the above?

Delaware is a safe bet as is California. It all depends on what laws you're worried about and what products you're selling.
