I'm just wondering if a lawyer has to look over my Conditions of Use and/or my terms and agreements pages for my site. I have searched the forums and googled it and couldn't find anything that answered my question. I'm thinking that all i have to do is post it and it works, nothing more is needed, but i want to make sure that i am legal with all this. Also, on a side note, is there a website i can go to that outlines what information is need for those two files to keep myself safe?

you SHOULD have a lawyer look at your terms and conditions but you dont NEED to. It all depends on what you are selling and how much trouble you can get into if someone misused it.

I sell photo prints, my terms are VERY specific because they are only allowed to use the imags purchased in certain ways.. You want to cover your company from liability so you have to think of EVERY possible way to protect yourself.

What i did was look at other sites who sell similar things and looked at how they worded their terms..
