Does anyone know of a standard "Conditions of Use" I can take from somwhere to start with?

Otherwise, what is important to have in a "Conditions of Use"?

A Good one is the Amazon Conditions of Use policy .. it contains basically everything you need save for the privacy policy .. im sure it can be reworded to suit your own site..
