I need some help on the Live Support Plus contribution >> http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/2262
I installed it and it works fine. But only one function is not working, can someone help me???
When I´m offline, the customer can send an e-mail. He gets an e-mail form and then he can send an e-mail.
This works but the e-mails are not coming.
In the admin panel I configered everything like e-mail adress and so on but I thing these changes are not done.
There are still the standard things and not the new changed things.
So where can I add this and change this too??
