Hi, as you can tell I'm really new to selling online. I'm stuck for a UK merchant account.. I can't use Paypal cause I'm selling things they don't like, and I don't have a merchant bank account or SSL.

Is there anything out there that will allow me to accept secure payments in much the same way Paypal does but will also allow the sale of paraphernalia? And of course it's got to link in with my Oscommerce shop.

Thanks a lot for your help

2Checkout will allow that, at least they used to. I'm not sure what google's policy is but I'm sure they would answer if asked.

Thank you.

2checkout doesn't allow paraphernalia sites.. will take a look at Google, although I'd prefer it customers don't need an extra account to purchase.

Thanks again

I'm probably a bit late, but did you try alertpay. Not sure if they allow paraphernalia sites. They are no where near as strict as paypal (Thats why I moved to alertpay) but the system is almost the same and the staff are really nice. Unlike paypal they actually comunicate with you.

I am in Ireland and use them so should be ok to use them in UK www.alertpay.com

There is a contribution to use atlertpay with your os-commerce site
