I plan on operating a online store to sell supplements, but it will be run under my corporate identity. Is it against some law to use a domain name, shop name that differes from the corporate name. Shop will reference thats its brought to you by....Corporate Identity name, all credit card transactions will show corporate name.

THoughts?

I've never heard of any law that says domain name has to be corporate id. just make your copyright the corporate id. "yourcompanyname © 2008"

I mean if you think about it. Good domain names are hard to get with all the DN squaters. So you will be hard press to get a company name and domain name to match now without paying an arm and a leg.
