People on another site replied to that question that there is no legal requirements to have domain name match the company name and so there is not requirement to get the DBA although one said that if site sells anything then it is better to get DBA otherwise customers may not recognize credit card charges and request charge back or they may not recognize invoice for the same reason or they send a check to domain name, but banks will not deposit it unless it matches company name or DBA.
