I've looked around for a bit but can't find any info.
My problem is, I plan to start a small business selling guitars. I plant o buy the parts (necks, bodies) from a site at pretty much their prices. One thing though, that that site does not offer is installation and actually making the guitar (they just sell parts). I plan to offer that.
Would it be against the law for me to resell that site's product(along with products from other companies) not by themselves, but as a whole, with the guitars?

I see computer hardware parts being resold online doing the same process (in fact they're the biggest selling products online today) so I dont see anything wrong with you doing it with guitar parts. I know a guy who buys pinball parts and rebuilds them and sells them online too.

If you are buying let's say a neck and body from Company X and you assemble those parts incorporating some parts from other companies, should be no problem. Probably not even a problem if you are using Company X parts exclusively. But... (yeap, always a but)
If Company X manufactures those parts and has any type of reseller clause you could be violating then there is a problem. Or if Company X is the only licensed distributor in this country to sell those parts, then there could be a problem.
A big no, no would be to assemble those parts from Company X and have Company X brand logo on the product you sell.
A little investigating into the company and their policies would be wise.

Try google for (so you want to sell second hand) i found this American site and it has a lot of info on it (most related to inside USA) but still relevant elsewhere, Most important to remember is once you Buy something it is no LONGER NEW but you may call it like new, as new, never opened, or since you will be making something CAREFUL HERE it will be NEW and probably require taxes (Providing all pieces to assemble it with instruction (kit form) you may evade NEW taxes if you describe the parts as before. If you only sell the parts then you don't really have to worry about product name being on it you can actualy say that name (with disclaimer that warranty on item is only a refund not another part) Though i am in australia i have researched this subject long and hard.
