8mycsh Posted November 1, 2002 Share Posted November 1, 2002 When we enable validate e-mail through DNS in the admin module, customers cannot create their accounts because message comes back saying "Your email address doesn't appear to be valid". Check with your ISP to see if they have disabled this.
