Everytime I try to use UPS shipping, I get these errors..

Warning: fopen("http://www.ups.com/using/services/rave/qcostcgi.cgi?accept_UPS_license_agreement=yes&10_action=3&13_product=GND&14_origCountry=CA&15_origPostal=XXXXXX&19_destPostal=&22_destCountry=&23_weight=7.525&47_rate_chart=Customer+Counter&48_container=00&49_residential=1", "r") - Success in /home/virtual/site31/fst/var/www/html/shop.bobsmusic.com/includes/classes/_ups.php on line 138

Warning: feof(): supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /home/virtual/site31/fst/var/www/html/shop.bobsmusic.com/includes/classes/_ups.php on line 139

Warning: fgets(): supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /home/virtual/site31/fst/var/www/html/shop.bobsmusic.com/includes/classes/_ups.php on line 140

and so on and so on... I get about twenty of them refering back to link 138, 139, 140, 138, 139, 140, etc..

Actually, I can't seem to get ANY of the shipping modules working properly... anyone have any ideas what I'm (most probably) doing wrong?
