unable to upload files

hello all,

I have set up oscommerce recently for the first time and I am setting up a shop through the admin screens.

Everything looks fine for most of the tasks, though I cannot add a category because of problem in uploading (probably finding) the file I mention in the configuration.

 

This is the error on browser:

Can yuou help me on what's happening ?
