My store has been up for about 2 months and have not had much success with sales.. I would appreciate any all feedback and criticizm that any one may have. Thanks in advance

nice site idea. I like your graphic, however I think that it is a little crowded.
I like your dynamic menus. I think there are to many clicks to get to the actual product. Since you have the dynamic menus, I would link all the products to the first subcategory as well as their on subcategory. For example, I can simply click DVD, I will still see the sub categories at the top, but I can immediately start browsing all your titles and just maybe something would spark my interest.
