Mmmh my 'espanol' sucks but I can see he's changed the copyrights on the header & footer without changing ANYTHING... that's violating Harald's copyright AND the GPL.

There is no problem with a commercial enterprise using OsCommerce so long as the terms of the GPL license are not broken.
Maybe these people (and others making a $$$) are sticking to the license - have you asked them?

I am aware of that but this is quite different. Although it is presented as being Open Source released under the GPL licence the software itself is presented as if it was written by these guys and not the osC team.
That is wrong, not the fact they are making money with it....

I cant find the osCommerce link or reference anywhere on their site.
When i first saw that site i thought there was some osCommerce package thing being done somewhere else but didnt see no credits to the original team no where so i figured let me post it and see.
