But of course it is!! You can do a simple check to see if the shipping address country is located in the United States. If not, send them to an information page stating that it is a U.S. only site.

Why not just delete every single country except for the US?
Thats what I do and it works a treat. Only problem is that I still receive emails asking us to ship to other countries. And yes, I do state clearly the countries we ship to in a couple of places.
