Hi All,

Rally need some big help here.  I have been seeing weird (HTML) characters showing up in my customers' ORDER HISTORY page, Comments' page, and  also in the emails (order status, comments sent to customers).  Seems my OSC doesn't take or display all the html codes and displayed everything to customers.  

Any place i should turn on or off HTML?  I know in the "Email" setting (Account Configuration)..we can turn on HTML emails, but I tried that...on or off, still give me the same problem.  Even worst, if I turn HTML email on, the URL in the order email sent to customers will not show up as a link at all.  

This is causing big problem for my customers and made my store looks so unprofessional..

Can someone advise??

This can happen if you are using ckeditor to create messages on your order page.  Ckeditor (and maybe other html editor add-ons) defaults to what-you-see-is-what-you-get mode and wraps html around whatever you type there.  To avoid this, click "Source" before typing to get into the plain text editor mode.  If you click source after typing,  it will add the html again, so be sure to "Update" before clicking "Source" again.
