Rally need some big help here. I have been seeing weird (HTML) characters showing up in my customers' ORDER HISTORY page, Comments' page, and also in the emails (order status, comments sent to customers). Seems my OSC doesn't take or display all the html codes and displayed everything to customers.
Any place i should turn on or off HTML? I know in the "Email" setting (Account Configuration)..we can turn on HTML emails, but I tried that...on or off, still give me the same problem. Even worst, if I turn HTML email on, the URL in the order email sent to customers will not show up as a link at all.
This is causing big problem for my customers and made my store looks so unprofessional..
Can someone advise??
