Today I had a problem that no UPS rates were being displayed. I am not using the new XML module, just the old standard one.
Any ideas on what to check.

Same problem here :-/
UPS must have modified something that killed the module. This is not good!

I am experiencing the same problem with the basic (non-xml) setup. Our site has not changed yet UPS quotes are dead on both the frontend and the admin side (I added UPS quotes to the admin order form). I have talked to UPS and was instructed to send an email to tech support which I did. I have also talked to a CRELoaded tech support guy and they knew nothing of the problem. I will update this forum if I learn anything new.

UPS has been saying for some time that the old method would stop working - you need to upgrade to the XML method. There's a module in the contributions section that can handle it:

Our UPS quotes are back up,
Now the question is how long do we have until they go down for good? Is the old method definitely going to be dropped from the UPS site? Are we talking days, weeks, months?? Hopefully the UPS folks will have that information.

Has anyone tried the XML feed? I used the the contribution - http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri.../search,ups+xml. It seems to be giving me the methods but no price attached? Has anyone had this problem? I am using php 5.0 / 2.2-MS2 and have a canadian store.
