Hi,
I just renewed my GoDaddy SSL certificate. I got an email with my certificate but when I go to SSL settings on my server and enter in the SSL certificate, it says "Status Failed." Can anybody give me some help to what I am doing wrong?

Usually when it arrives in the body of the email it arrives as just one long string of text, without any line breaks and with spaces where the line breaks should be e.g.
abcdefghijk abcdefghijk abcdefghijk
you need to put the code into a text file, remove the spaces and line it up with each line beneath the other e.g.
abcdefghijk
abcdefghijk
abcdefghijk

Hi,
When I entered the new certificate, it keeps saying it failed. But, on the site, it says it is valid until 2007. Is there a way to check to see if it's working? My site is in my profile.
