Maybe I am blind (or perhaps just a tad slow?!), but I have been looking for the files to replace for the European VAT Zones contribution.

The contribution consists of two SQL files which need to be replaced. geo_zones and zones_to_geo_zones

I can't find these files anywhere in my installation.

What am I missing?
