is there a way to have an optional express mail icon in checkout?

i would like a generic express mail shipping option for usa orders" upgrade to express mail for $5.99" 48 states usa customers only..... something like that.. this would be an additional cost that the customer would choose at checkout to recieve item within 24-48 hours.. none of my competitors offer this service so this would be nice to have...

me too, same issue, using shipping table and need this option.
