one time froogle export for testing?

I've seen you can get contributions for automatically exporting to froogle once a month, but I just want to test it and understand how it works so I want to input the file manually.
Does anyone know of an easy way I can export the shop details to a CSV so I can format it for froogle and upload it manually?

Yes, you can use Calvin`s Froogle contribution and comment out the ftp code at the bottom so it doesnt do it automatically.
Not sure why you would want to submit it manually though.
