I have this fully installed, and I loaded the modules, in the admin section, but there is not box or anything for entry sake to enter the actual coupon number... Any ideas?

What do you mean there is no box?
Okay look, the credit class/gift voucher box should be on the payment selection page. Also, I think you need to set it through the Configuration in the admin section to turn on Gift Vouchers and Coupon Discounts. Check under Configuration --> Store Settings.
If not then, check the left side boxes, you should see a simple Vouchers/Coupons to the left in a box, use that and enter coupon and voucher numbers.

That is all done, I turned it on/enabled it... created a coupon for a specific item... The testing site is www.northeastdistributor.com... there is no place to enter a coupon.. I assigned a 33% coupon for a bugs life. but there is no place now to enter this
So just a heads up for anyone else experiencing that problem
