[mastertool]

Can't find customers order! We do not have a gateway. We just take the orders off the web and re enter it in our Quickbooks program which processes it.
Customer can't confirm that they have placed an order, because it seems to loop them back to the log in page. (I think) I look and all I see is there name, address, phone number and e-mail address. This just started happening last week. (04/21/05) Any help?
