SubTotal Discounted Based on TOTAL QTY

Hello,

I have been playing with various price breaks provided here from our contributers, but I seem to have a need that is not addressed.

I am sure my problem is not unique but I just dont know how to go about doing it.

Please assist, any feed back is welcome.

The attempt:

Customer puts 1,000 Apples in the cart.
Customer puts 1,500 Oranges in the cart.

Total Qty = 2,500.

Problem, I want to offer a price break on the 2,500 not the 1,000 and the 1,500.
I have installed the Price-Break mod, and that seems to only allow me to price break Apples by it self and oranges by it self.

So what happens here is the system with this current mod is unable to see that the custer has reached a total value of 2,500 items and for it to discount from there.

Any idea?
