Has anyone configured osCommerce to charge tax on shipping? I'm using the UPS module so the shipping fee should be calculated but now I need to add tax on that as well as the product.

I don't use the UPS module, but do have tax on shipping.

The first thing to do is make sure that the shipping is calculated before the tax in the order totals module configuration screen.

Also, most of the shipping modules I use have a setting for which tax rate to use - make sure that is set if it's there

Thanks for the reply. It's working now. I had a problem with the zone I defined. Once I fixed that all was well.
