Hows it going?

I've tried searching for this answer both on these forums and the web, but haven't been successful in my findings.

I've got osCommerce setup really nicely and integrated into my own design sweetly, there is just 1 problem.

When a user has finished their shopping and is viewing their Cart, I would like to have the option to either:

A) Email the order form (to a pre-designated email address)
or
Print out the order form.

I've tried doing this myself, but have had no success and decided to turn to here.

If anyone could help out, it would be really appreciated.

What about the same thing, but instead of printing, it emails it?
