Please i need some help. I can´t add a tax (IVA) to my products. I just can add taxes to shipping fees but I need to add taxes to de products. Can anybody help me please?

Have you read the tax setup instructions in the knowledge base? If not you need to. If the tax is not being added to your products you need to check and see what tax class you have for them.
