I have a new installation and in checking the cart I can't get the cart to move past the "Delivery Infomation" screen. I click on "Checkout" and it doesn't move to the "Payment Information" screen, it comes back to the "Delivery Information" screen. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks.
