I am in the process of putting together my online store, but I am not selling any tangible goods. I am selling soft copy products that I want to email to customers once they made the purchase.

I am still new to OS Commerce, and I was wondering where I can go in the settings to enforce these changes. I don't want shipping rates and weights to appear on the site, and would rather change those fields to things like size (1 MB or whatever).

Is it also possible to automate the process of when someone places the order, so that once the credit card transaction has gone throught, the product gets emailed to the client immediatly?
