Change Shipping Method Text at Checkout

Hi

We have had a complaint from a customer about the text on the shopping cart (and the invoice) that describes shipping as "Table Rate (Best Way)". Is there a way to change this to something like "Total Shipping".

I changed the flat rate see flat rate()
