Shipping with flat rates at a later date

I'm setting up a osCommerce store that is going to be taking orders for t-shirts that will be specific to a christain summer camp. These shirts will all be shipped at a later date, so there will not be any options for shipping over night or the like. I what to have flat rates based on quanity ordered. What is the best way to accomplish this?

osCommerce is a great piece of software with wonderful contributions.
Spend some time in the contribution area. There are a lot of gems there.

flat shipping rate per item? then get individual shipping rate contribution

else use flat rate shipping installe dalready
